ISOLLAT - 02-Industrial Liquid Heatl Insulation Coating

ISOLLAT-02 – is a new generation nano technology liquid heat insulation material in thixotropic structure which is consisted of a mixture of microscopically expanded air-filled full silicate microceramic spheres, polymer resins, stabilizers, pigments, modifiers and a binding liquid polymeric structure.
It is a liquid heat insulation coating which is developed for heat insulation of industrial equipment.

Operating Temperature Range: -60ºС / +150ºС (Peak+170ºС )

TECHNICAL FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

It is adiabatic to radiant and conduction heat.
It is highly reflective, and it reflects the sun's rays and radiant energy to a great extent.
It provides energy savings up to 40%.
It can be applied to interior and exterior surfaces.
It has diffusion transition (breathable) feature.
It prevents the moisture and mold on the wall.
It also has sound insulation feature,
It is dirt-proof, wipeable, and easy to clean.
It is hardly flammable and has non-flammability feature.

It is resistant to mechanical impacts.
Its color is white. It can be colored. Paint can be applied on it.
It is not affected by acids, bases and salts.
Labor costs are low, application is easy and it is applied in a short time.
It has long life like 40 years without loss of performance.
It is free of rodents, insects, and airborne pathogens.
It can be applied to any surface (plastic, metal, concrete, adobe, brick, wood and other).
It is very light. It does not put a load on the structure, vehicle or equipment to which it is applied, and provides volume savings.
It is extremely light and very flexible. That's why, it can expand and contract with the surface on which it is applied.

CONSUMPTION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

COLOR : White. It can be colored with pigment. Moreover, water-based or synthetic-based paint can be applied on it.
CONSUMPTION: In theory, 1 Liter /m² (min. 1 mm thickness); in practice; 1,3 Liter /m². The amount of consumption may vary in accordance with the insulation surface temperature, application surface conditions, weather conditions and requests in the project. Please contact our technical team for net average consumption information.
PACKAGING: In 10/ 19 L PP buckets.
SHELF LIFE : It can be used 24 months from the date of production if stored in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Please store in a dry and cool environment at temperatures above 0ºC.
