ISOLLAT – is a new generation nano technology heat insulation material in thixotropic structure, which consists of a general purpose, microscopically expanded air-filled full silicate microceramic sphere, polymer resins, stabilizers, pigments, modifiers and a mixture of binder liquid polymeric structure.Liquid ceramic heat insulation consists of a light, flexible and durable polymer coating that is resistant to fire and impacts and greatly reduces heat conductivity.
This mixture provides the possibility of high adhesion of the liquid polymer material to every surface even if that surface has different geometric shapes. The coating has very low heat conductivity and protects the surface not only from the effects of temperature, but also from solar radiation (reflecting 90% of the radiation), rust and corrosion.
Isollat liquid heat insulation coating provides HEAT, SOUND, CORROSION and FIRE insulation in the first application.
